Certified Provisional ASPICE Assessor Strong knowledge of other software process models (CMMI, ISO26262, ISO21434, TS16949). Proved knowledge in process modeling and process modeling tools (ex: Stages). Thorough understanding of quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, 8D etc). Knowledge of programming languages C, C++, MATLAB, Simulink, Python Familiar with Classic AUTOSAR terminology, MISRA tools/compliance Worked within an Agile/auto scrum environment. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills communicating with technical, business and executive teams. Capacity for influencing and convincing critical thinking Able to Provide training programs on new processes as needed. Working experience in AUTOSAR based software development and validation project Proficiency in coordinating with HW, integration. System and other cross teams both offshore / on-site.
