The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating discovery sessions with business teams, possessing excellent documentation and communication skills, and experience in managing both offshore and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: . Lead discovery sessions to understand business requirements and identify solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. . Design and document effective solutions, including CPQ configurations and custom Salesforce functionalities, to meet business needs. . Facilitate design sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions. . Manage and coordinate with offshore and technical teams to implement solutions, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. . Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solutions. Qualifications: . 7-10 years of experience in Business System Analysis, with a focus on Salesforce solution designing. . Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ, including price and quoting processes. . Demonstrated ability in conducting discovery and design sessions with business stakeholders. . Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to non-technical audiences. . Experience managing offshore and technical teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
