Need someone with data science background Multiple skillsets under this position - Hands ono data science experience- finding patterns - Communicate w business owners, understand problems trying to solve, translate that to tech specifications - MLOPs pipelines need experience on this Really hands on python and machine learning Cloud is key How senior Need someone ready to execute day one. Want strong mentors The ML models they are building- natural language, multiple use cases, open source models. Cloud models. GenAI- its a newer technology, should be familiar with it and demonstrate that but if they dont have hands on experience thats okay. MLOPs technologies- AWS cloud is what they use so MLOPs features are on there ** strong hands-on experience in Python, Data Science, ML libraries and frameworks, Gen AI / LLM, AWS, Microsoft cloud, MLOPs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for a Machine Learning solution. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection. Apply various Machine Learning algorithms and Generative AI techniques to solve business problems Develop and implement efficient MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for training and serving ML and Large Language models Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, identify and address potential issues, and implement improvements. Document design decisions, technical specifications, establish and adhere to code quality best practices. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team Work closely with external SMEs and vendors to partner on execution, and get knowledge-transfer on exit to ensure key subject matter expertise is retained and preserved within DTCC Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science. Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Machine Learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and LLMs. Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
