Collaborate with BI Technology and BI Admin teams, provide trainings, and support teams to ensure customer success. Acting astechnicalliaison between customers and the service engineering teams, providing product improvement feedback to AWS developers and accelerating the adoption of new features in customer deployments. Fundamental knowledge of Data warehouses and reporting technologies on data warehouses, concepts of OLAP reporting and knowledge of dimensional relational and non-relational data models. Sharing what you know by capturing best-practice knowledge from engineering and field teams, including reference architectures and patterns amongst the worldwide AWSsolutionarchitectcommunity in order to build a strong worldwide database and analytics community Exhibiting thought leadership. Evangelize AWS Services and AnalyticsSolutionsthat benefit customers.
