JD: Role & Responsibilities: Conduct research into clients use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, Review solutions and recommending improvement (A strategic approach to solution design) with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. Own the design of Salesforce and other affiliated solutions for Sales and platform solutions. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs, Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying change. Provide guidance on user story writing style. Experience Required: Minimum 12 + years of Overall experience in Salesforce and as a Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce Technical Architect Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Strong data management abilities Strong experience in Salesforce flows Strong experience in Partner Management, Commercial Deals, Promotion tools Warm Regards ...
