Consultant would function at a high level as a 'conductor' to lead our client's greenfield implementation. Must understand customer/vendor changes in S/4 to business partner. REQUIRED SKILLs: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in SAP consulting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformations and greenfield implementations. Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex SAP projects from initiation to successful delivery, preferably in a consulting environment. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, functionalities, and integration points, with hands-on experience in configuration and customization. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and foster collaborative relationships. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA and project management (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, PMP) are highly desirable.
