Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with expertise in various PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules . As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing business analysis, functional support, requirements gathering, and enhancements to our PeopleSoft HCM system. Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Talent Acquisition Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HCM processes and functionalities. Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and enhancements. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving functional issues in a timely manner. Lead or participate in PeopleSoft HCM upgrade projects, including performing impact analysis, regression testing, and post-implementation support. Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions to facilitate the adoption of new functionalities and processes. Stay updated on PeopleSoft HCM product releases, patches, and enhancements, evaluating their impact on existing configurations and processes. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within the PeopleSoft HCM environment.
