Working knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and multi-layered object-oriented design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation tasks; and methods used to develop, install and maintain large complex web applications and also require knowledge methods to create detailed project/system plans. Requires knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Web applications architecture, development software, tools and environments, such as Visual Basic, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Visual Studio/Interdev, JavaScript, Web Services, Store Procedures, and HTML in a Microsoft Web development environment. Experience utilizing various components such as IIS, COM+, DB2 Connect, Visual SourceSafe, Okta, Github Enterprise and Relational Database Management Systems.
