User Support and Training Support Salesforce users, addressing issues and offering training to ensure efficient use of the platform. Continuous Improvement Continually assess the Salesforce setup for improvements, implementing updates and enhancements to increase functionality and user satisfaction. Maintenance, Integration, and Testing During Updates Ensure the Salesforce instance remains operational and efficient through regular maintenance, integration with other systems, and testing during Salesforce updates.
