The Engineer will design, develop, and support technical Pipeline solutions for the Raw (Bronze), Enriched (Silver), and Curated (Gold) layers in the Medallion data architecture. The Engineer should have DevOps expertise and applications development lifecycle knowledge that is leveraged to develop specifications, test scripts and documentation associated with the application. Summary of Responsibilities: 10+ years experience Design and develop end-to-end business intelligence solutions using Azure technologies, including but not limited to: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Analysis Services. Design and develop data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes. Collaborate with business analysts and development teams. Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Optimize and tune SQL queries, data models, and ETL processes for performance and efficiency. Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data governance policies. Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft BI technologies and best practices.
