http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1211761&uid= JOB DESCRIPTION NEED LOCALS Vulnerability Assessment Manager II Rate: $53/ hr on C2C Location: 6001 Hospitality Court, Morrisville, NC need local only Vulnerability Assessment Manager II Conducts assessments of threats and vulnerabilities, determines deviations from acceptable configurations or enterprise or local policy, assesses the level of risk, and develops and/or recommends appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations. Duties: Uses penetration testing tools to conduct authorized penetration testing to determine the effectiveness of security controls and report findings Conducts vulnerability scans and recognizes exploitable vulnerabilities in security systems when preparing audit reports Uses vulnerability assessment tools to perform system audits on management, operational, and technical security controls to identify gaps, determine risks and recommend mitigation procedures in accordance with established guidelines EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 3-5+ years of solid, diverse experience in cyber security vulnerability assessments, or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-5+ years of ethical hacking experience including experience in Information Security, application vulnerability testing, code-level security auditing, and secure code reviews 3-5+ years Comprehensive understanding of change management techniques associated with new technology implementation. 3-5+ years demonstrating leadership ability EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more desired) CISSP, CISM, SABSA, GIAC Additional Provisions: Pass a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. Once candidates resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. All candidates must be a US Citizen or permanent status Green Card holder. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.) All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative. Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight time. The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e., collared shirt with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.
