Its a Mid-Level role. They are asking for SD-WAN expereince but if you have a good candidate that fits the rate, Id look at someone without SD-WAN experience. Our client, a full-service voice and data network engineering firm is currently in need of a Cisco Certified Network Engineer for a 3-month contract-to-hire role in Los Angeles, California. The engineer will work onsite in support of our clients managed network services team in a multi-location campus environment for a network migration project for 100 school sites. Varying shifts are required for this role and travel is required throughout the Greater Los Angeles area as well as some travel to the Rancho Cucamonga office. Required Skills: 5 years of network engineering experience Active CCNP (not nearing expiration) Experience with Cisco networking equipment Route, switch, and wireless experience required. Cisco SDWAN knowledge is required. Ability to take direction and work independently. Must have very good communication skills and be a team player. Travel is required throughout the Greater Los Angeles area as well as some travel to the Rancho Cucamonga office. Must be available for varying shifts.
