We are looking of an adept and forward-thinking Data Lead to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing scalable, effective data solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with divisional teams, comprehending business needs, and spearheading the migration of data and ETL processes. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Migration Efforts from Oracle to Snowflake and from Snowflake Jobs to DBT. 2. Investigate the current Oracle data and pinpoint the innovative Snowflake data source. 3. Data Modeling: Develop and implement scalable and efficient data models, encompassing both relational and non-relational databases, to meet business requirements. 4. Database Management: Supervise database management systems, ensuring optimum performance, security, and adherence to best practices. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and software developers, to comprehend data requirements. 6. Performance Optimization: Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks in data-related processes, optimizing queries and database performance.
