Serves as point of contact for resolution of complex application problems. Assesses problems and identifies resolutions. Responsible for and oversees day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations. Performs and coordinates complex analysis, design, development, testing and support services for assigned applications. Performs and coordinates application analysis and impact analysis of new or different applications, processes or changes. Makes recommendations and provides alternatives with regards to various development and support initiatives. Prepares written documentation of various types; application documentation, analytical reports, functional specifications, training manuals, status reports, etc. Creates, evaluates and instructs/teaches others. Collaborates with the Information Technology Group to identify coordinate technical issue resolution. Makes recommendations regarding the integration/relationship between and among organizational applications. Makes recommendations regarding applications security and control procedures as necessary. Must Have: Top Skills Needed: LAWSON S3 ERP Infor Cloud Suite ERP Implementations of HRIS systems and migrations from legacy to current Bachelor's Degree in applicable field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five years experience in HR information applications including end-user support, report development, system analysis for fit to business needs, and ad-hoc analysis and auditing of system data via database tools like MS access and similar tools Experience working in a healthcare environment is preferred. IV.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to perform and teach analysis and problem solving principles with emphasis in user relations, data gathering techniques, and HR information applications to HR staff is required. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration. Ability to teach process changes to the end user community; application functionality and problem solving tools. Effective customer service skills, with the ability to work with all levels within the organization. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to advise and consult with user personnel and make formal presentations of project findings and recommendations. Excellent organization skills; demonstrates confidence and creativity.
