The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Tallahassee, FL (required); Experience in developing and maintain detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures) (10+ years); Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation (10+ years); Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee (10+ years); Experience with Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits (10+ years); Experience leading and managing projects (5+ years); Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation (5+ years); Experience with risk tracking, mitigation and issue tracking (5+ years); Experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management software to track and maintain projects (5+ years); Experience in leading project teams and effectively conducting the project to meet project objectives (5+ years); Experience in delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget and other specified criteria (5+ years); Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Create, maintain and refine detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures), tracking project schedules and technical performance and leading both the business and technical teams. Coordinate interaction with the customers, users and stakeholders and to keep the project team focused on the right goals. Develop and maintain project plans and tasks assigned to technical teams and users. Meet with the program offices to collect user requirements for new systems, or enhancements to existing systems. Develop work estimates for system enhancements or new development. Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.
