Give the address proof of CA location We have an immediate need for a Business Intelligence Developer to join a world-class academic medical center. The Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and BI reports that provide valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Must have Requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and BI reports using Tableau. 2+ years of hands-on experience with PowerBI is preferred, but not required. Minimum 6 months of experience with Qlik is required. Proficiency in structured query languages such as MS SQL Server and Oracle. Strong understanding of the full software development cycle and documentation policies. Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Model datasets from various data sources and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of BI solutions to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Stay updated with the latest data visualization standards and implement best practices in UI/UX design. Create mockups and prototypes of BI models to gather feedback and iterate on design improvements. Document system design, maintenance procedures, and implementation processes. Work with structured query languages (MS SQL Server, Oracle) to extract and manipulate data as needed. Participate in the full software development cycle, including testing and release processes. Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and provide updates on BI projects.
