This is a larger project, and this person would be supporting the Salesforce component. The current system is Mainframe, and they are replacing it using Salesforce. The project is fully in Agile, so the need is more for a Scrum Master than a traditional PM. They may be managing timelines, etc., but the budgeting is done for the overall program at a higher level. The most important thing is finding a strong Scrum Master with Salesforce experience. Health Cloud is optional, and Vlocity is optional, since this is not an architect/ highly technical position. It is a must that they do have health insurance payer experience. (Open to reviewing someone without it, but they would have to be very competitive in all other areas, including soft skills.) The ideal candidate would have experience leading a project that involved updating a tool or system using salesforce. Please make a note of any such examples in the write up, or make sure it is clear on their resume. Very important that this person has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
