This role requires both functional finance as well as technical SAP expertise. A minimum of three years Finance and hands-on SAP systems experience with the SAP modules FI, CO, PS is preferred. A CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications is also preferred. SAP configuration experience with at least one of the above three SAP modules is a strong plus. The role requires both broad picture thinking as well as attention to detail work. Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical, conceptual abilities. The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions as well as projects is required. The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Work experience with international teams is a plus. Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries is preferred. Looking for someone able to be onsite 2-3 days per week in one of the following locations: Raritan, NJ; , Titusville, NJ; Springhouse PA.
