Job Title : Agile Coach Location : Delaware, NJ (Onsite) Duration : Long Term Job Description 10+ years of experience as an agile coach in large-enterprise environments. At least five years of experience operating in a global role across multiple markets and geographies. At least five years of experience coaching marketing organizations on their adoption of agile methods. Experience coaching up and down organizations, including leadership teams, executives, line managers, delivery teams and individuals. Demonstrated experience in facilitation and training. Coaching certifications (e.g., CTI, ICF) strongly preferred. Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Alliance, SAFe) preferred. Coach and assist existing teams through challenges and blockers; intervene when needed. Foster practices for identifying, tracking, discussing and resolving cross-team dependencies. Encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvement among agile coaches. Assess, measure, and track the maturity of agile practices in our marketing organization, helping teams to accelerate performance improvement and achieve greater success. Identify organizational impediments to successful agile adoption and work across functions and with marketing leadership to resolve them effectively. Be an advocate for agile culture and values. Lead by example. Cultivate and sustain an agile culture and mindset of continuous improvement, evolving our agile framework based on changing needs and emerging best practices. Continue to refine our agile marketing model and playbook.
