Good experience in creating and maintaining technical and business documentation - the ability to translate business ask into technical specifications. Understand the Business (Invoices; billing; customers; suppliers; logistics; employees ) and can have an intelligent conversation /collaborate with the Business Well-versed with JIRA for scrum backlog grooming; Kanban board; lead the daily scrum meetings; have team stay on course with their tasks and jump in to remove any blocks. Create test cases and collaborate with the QA to identify and address issues Understand and analyze data to help the team make informed decisions.
