Ariba Guided Buying: Have a thorough experience on the business process, how guided buying is implemented in the industry. Be able to configure the Guided buying Tiles, Forms, custom forms. Be able to configure the requisitioning process, enable buy on behalf functionality. Visibility of tiles is controlled by the purchasing unit, Purchase requisition integration with central procurement ( in S4HANA) Master data integration from S4HANA to support the guided buying processes. Supplier, UOM, commodity code, etc. and other master data elements. Ariba catalog Management Configure Punchout catalogs, CIF( catalog Interchange format) catalogs from Business network. Visibility conditions on catalogs, one region cannot view other regions catalogs. Catalogs access from SAP Work Order screen Catalogs linkage with commercial contracts in Ariba and Integration as outline agreements Custom fields on the CIF catalogs, Lead time etc. Ariba SCC ( Supply Chain Collaboration) Implementation experience on forecast collaboration Configuration of Network rules, understanding of the end-to-end process of supply chain on Supplier managed inventory Experience on quality Collaboration. Configuration experience in S4HANA to support the Supply chain collaboration. Ariba Business Network : Well versed with the Ariba Network Rules, Supplier enablement on the Ariba Business network Freight order collaboration Experience with GTT ( Global Track and Trace) with Business network. ( Nice to have) For Purchas Order collaboration Order confirmation. Ship Notice Invoice Master data to support the Ariba SCC & Business Network ( Suppliers, UOM, Etc.)
