Must have worked in complex situations have they worked with and how they dealt with it. Developer needs to be expert level working with BADI in BPC environment ABAP Create BADI using ABAP in BPC environment Team player - go getter - finds solutions to problems rather than raising them (able to help others including the team) proactively looks for solutions. soft skills can make or break it.. Coordinate with team to find solutions.
