Proven experience as a Workday Report Writer with expertise in GRANTS, PAYROLL, HCM CORE, and LEDGER modules . Strong understanding of Workday reporting capabilities, including Report Writer, Composite Reports, and Advanced Reporting. Proficiency in Workday Report Designer, Calculated Fields, and Data Sources. Experience with report optimization techniques to improve performance and scalability. Solid understanding of HR, Finance, and Accounting processes and terminology. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in Workday Reporting is a plus. Experience with Workday integrations and Workday Studio is desirable.
