Title: Middleware Engineer MOI: Skype Duration: 12 Month EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint administrator Preferred: 5+ years experience in programming/systems analysis Familiarity with DevOps concepts SKILLS AND ABILITIES Required: Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions. Providing SharePoint support Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades. Advanced skill in the administration of web hosting platforms including Microsoft IIS Demonstrated knowledge of application and data security best practices Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge. Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives Willingness to learn skills outside of SharePoint services Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions.
