This is the type of person that will want to speak to the end customer and really qualify the meeting and take the specification that they need and then ask themselves how could I make this customer's life even better and take action. - This is not just a person that wants to execute code but wants to really improve Business Functions, Baselines and Benchmarks. This person must always be thinking about how they can make the customers life better and then TAKE ACTION.... NOT WAIT. This team really helps the end users by creating Self Guided Analytics and building tools that the end user can use, by themselves. This is the C-LEVEL of the Health System, CEO Level, and building custom BI. BI Developer- ranging from 3-5+ years experience Need to know how to code, how to use power applications, and MUST HAVE PowerBI ( nothing else will work at this client. ) Epic knowledge is great to have or HEALTHCARE experience Need to understand things to provide a solution not just build to spec. need to be hands on, not micromanaged Dax expressions experience Someone that can conceptualize what is being asked and take it to the next step- ability to think ahead MUST HAVE BEEN a Project lead on application developments.
