Oracle SaaS HCM Multi-module, Oracle HCM Payroll : 5 Years (3+ projects) : RELEVANT Experience Oracle SaaS HCM US & Canada Payroll (Tax, Benefits, Balances, Reconciliation...): 3-5 Years (3+ Projects) : RELEVANT Experience Oracle On-prem PeopleSoft (Payroll, Tax, Benefits... Reconciliation): 2-3 years (2-3 Projects) : RELEVANT Experience Functional Consultant (hands-on) Technical knowledge (hands-on) would be a plus. Good communication skills Reading, Writing, Oral, Inter-personal Self-directed and Pro-active (be a consultant) Willingness to work across time-zone as required by the engagement
