Proficiency in building batch and streaming feeds for optimal data flow. Prior experience in migrating applications from on-premises to cloud environments. Knowledge of ETL processes and their implementation in a Pega environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities: Lead data pipeline design and management, overseeing migration from on-premises to Pega Cloud. Utilize ETL techniques and Kafka for efficient data extraction, transformation, and real-time processing. Demonstrate expertise in AWS for scalable and reliable data infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Pega solutions for cloud migration. Design and implement data models emphasizing normalization principles, integrating batch and streaming data feeds into Pega systems. Utilize Pega SSA certification to optimize Pega applications for efficiency. Focus on file-based data interactions and ETL processes to enhance integration capabilities. Provide guidance on data modeling to optimize structure for performance and scalability. Ensure smooth migration of applications from on-premises to Pega Cloud using previous Pega environment experience. Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs for seamless data exchange. Possess strong client-facing and presentation skills to communicate technical concepts effectively.
