Creating and maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help users self-serve and address common issues independently. Customize and configure Dynamic 365 and Power Platform applications to align with organizational needs. Implement and manage security settings, permissions, and data access controls within the Power Platform. Set up and manage environments to facilitate organized development, testing, and deployment of Power Platform applications. Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft documentation, forums, and support resources effectively.
