Required Qualifications Software Architect: Tax Modernization program Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Expert 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience with J2EE technologies including JDBC, JSP and XML. 84 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's, such as Eclipse, Netbeans, or IntelliJ. 84 months experience using J2EE based Application Servers such as Websphere, WebLogic, TomCat, JBoss etc. 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with DB2 databases and experience with XML schemas (definition, querying and automated generation). 60 months experience in performance tuning applications interacting with databases. 60 months of experience in messaging technologies, such as MQ, JMS, Kafka. 84 months of experience in system analysis and design of multi-tiered transactional systems 24 months experience programming multi-tier ColdFusion web applications using Dreamweaver or CF Builder IDE and deployed in a CF9 or greater UNIX environment and with Sybase RDMS 24 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
