Manage all aspects related to the implementation of a new North America Health and Welfare Benefits Administration vendor (s) and solution on behalf of Iron Mountain. This consultant will need to partner with the selected provider, IM Global Benefits COE, HR Service Delivery team, HR Technology team and Enterprise Technology to plan and manage all of the client (IM) responsibilities as part of this outsourcing arrangement with a new vendor (to be selected by Feb 2024) beginning with the Annual Enrollment elections in the fall of 2024 for the benefits plan year effective Jan 1, 2025. In addition, this individual will need to partner closely with the incumbent provider Conduent and any other incumbent benefits providers to ensure a seamless transition of services on behalf of the 10,000 employees to whom these services are delivered. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the successful implementation of the new benefits administration technology and services on behalf of IM Develop and manage an integrated project plan that includes all functional IM responsibilities including business requirements, IM technology changes/updates, data confirmation and review, employee support set up, security protocols, business and compliance reporting, end to end solutions testing and employee communications Maintain all implementation tasks and project activities, as well as identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and resolution throughout the project. Oversee the successful completion of deliverables. Partner with IM project resources to deliver on IM responsibilities and completion of deliverables Collaborate on the design and configuration of the system to meet all business requirements and an inclusive user experience Assesses project progress against the initial scope of work, timelines and success criteria Conducts regular and ad-hoc project reviews with project teams, sponsors, and third-party provider Lead project governance meetings and reviews, documenting outcomes Ensure the quality delivery of all services as per the third-party Statement of Work with vendor Required Qualifications 5 years plus managing projects within the employee benefits industry PMP certified or commensurate proven experience Strong knowledge of employee benefits, health and welfare and related regulations Ability to collaborative with vendors and a variety of functional stakeholders at all levels Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision Strong negotiation and influencing skills Expert skills with the Google Suite, Smartsheets Keywords: active directory information technology http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1177954&uid= |
