This is an Oracle based position and candidates should haveexperience with Oracle BI EE, PL/SQLcoding standards and best practices.Oracle BI cluster servers,Oracle PL/SQL and SQL database queries. THIS IS NOT AMICROSOFT BI DEVELOPER POSITION. Candidates must be very strong with hand-coding PL/SQL Responsible for understanding requirements and possiblydocumenting specifications, work with analysts for development, tuning andtroubleshooting of Oracle PL/SQL code (Packages, Procedures, triggers, etc.).Developing and maintaining Oracle OBI EE repository (RPD) and reports. Yourmain function in this role will be to use SQL and Oracle PL/SQL to create andmaintain database jobs and creating ad-hoc BI reports for end-users. You willalso enhance our current ETL processes and provide database support, so ourideal candidate has experience scripting in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL databasequeries and can modify these queries based on specific customer needs.Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field as well as professionalexperience with data warehouse modeling. KeyResponsibilities PL/SQL and SQL coding, tuning andtroubleshooting Experience with Application DevelopmentSupport. Conform to SQL and PL/SQL coding standards andbest practices. Maintain and enforce SQL and PL/SQL ELC Onlinecoding standards and best practices Develop BI reports and automated agents usingOracle BI EE Use ad-hoc reporting to present technical businessinformation Maintain our Oracle BI cluster servers,installing patches and upgrades.
