Work on a team of infrastructure specialists and engineers to make sure services are delivered and used as required. Work with and support third parties to provide infrastructure services. The primary focus area will be administering and supporting all company OnBase Systems. Responsibilities Primary OnBase Systems Design, implement, administer, maintain, and support OnBase Systems to support various document processing and repositories throughout the organization. Document technical design solutions, architecture, release workflows, and system maintenance knowledge base articles. Information Security Maintains the security, confidentiality, and integrity of information systems through compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Designs, implements, and operates controls and management strategies to allow this. System Design Creates the specification and design of systems to meet defined business needs. Has the ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to translate business problems into technical designs. Able to visualize the ideal user service, come up with design ideas and possible design approaches. Explores different approaches to solving problems. Ownership & Initiative Stay apprised of vendor roadmaps for new releases, enhancements, and end-of-support announcements. Takes ownership of problems and proactively resolves technical problems, ensuring that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements. Takes full accountability for actions taken and decisions made. Problem Solving Understands and identifies problems, analyzing and helping to identify the appropriate solution. Ability to classify and prioritize problems, document their causes, and implement remedies. Service Focus Maintains focus on the whole life of service delivery designs, develops, delivers, operates, and maintains OnBase Systems. Ensures that a set of IT Products, suppliers, and vendors come together to deliver an IT service. Technical Understanding Has the specific knowledge which underpins an individuals ability to deliver the responsibilities and tasks of their role. This relates to the application of the required breadth and depth of technical knowledge. Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution Provide technical support and troubleshooting of OnBase system incidents. Has lateral thinking capability to dissect a problem into its component parts to identify and diagnose root causes, allowing problem resolution. Able to troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities including compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, commercial off the shelf (COTS) and open-source packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Experience: 5 years relevant experience with OnBase System Administration Preferred OnBase Administrator Expert OnBase Workflow Administrator Expert OnBase Support Specialist Hyland Developer Specialist Competencies/Skills Advanced working knowledge of OnBase Systems Administration Advanced working knowledge of OnBase Workflow Advanced working knowledge of OnBase Form Creation. Advanced working knowledge of Document Composition. Advanced working knowledge of OnBase WorkView. Knowledge of OnBase API methodologies. Preferred Knowledge Intermediate working knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems; their implementation & management in an enterprise environment, along with troubleshooting skills. Intermediate working knowledge of Citrix family of hosting and publishing technologies; including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud. Intermediate working knowledge of Active Directory and associated technologies; implementation & management in an enterprise environment. Intermediate working knowledge of Cyber Security principles & practices, with experience of working in regulated environment. Work Environment Will require off hour maintenance on production systems. In Office or Hybrid (Office & Home) working is preferred. Remote work is available.
