Strong organizational skills with experience in portfolio/program management and Project Management Office (PMO) functions. Experienced in project and M&O management, emphasizing time management and effective communication. Skilled in data visualization and managing project finances. Understanding of government IT funding and integrated eligibility systems. Familiarity with ITIL, PMBOK, and SDLC methodologies Responsibilities: Support the daily and weekly financial management/tracking for M&O workstreams, including supporting/coordinating forecasted hours/effort, changes, and progress/status reporting activities. Enhance the MS Excel, Tableau dashboards and database tracking staffs hours for Maintenance & Operations (including the billing category backend reference tables and Tableau dashboards). Coordinate with our reporting team and developers to automate reports for each M&O workstream/lead, with input collected from M&O leads. Conduct weekly meetings with M&O leads to track activities/hours, and review variances. Develop process documentation. Develop reporting for account leadership. Annotate and organize project notes and updates for client meetings. Assist with developing data visualizations of how work flows through the account. Work with Change and Process Management Teams to develop and document processes.
