LinkedIn and passport number mandatory Job Description: SAP TM Implementation: Lead and actively participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP Transportation Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP TM modules based on business needs, providing expertise in areas such as order management, transportation planning, and execution. Integration Management: Collaborate with other SAP modules and third-party systems to ensure seamless integration with SAP TM, optimizing data flow and system efficiency. User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of SAP TM functionalities. Address and resolve user issues in a timely manner. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP TM configurations, customizations, and processes. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay informed about SAP TM updates and industry trends. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver successful SAP TM projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master degree Proven experience in SAP TM implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP TM functionalities, including order management, transportation planning, and execution. Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration and customization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. SAP TM certification is a plus.
