Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule Perform POCs Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance 2nd Role- ServiceNow SAMPro Architect--Remote Contract Atleast 10+ years of ServiceNow experience and on full cycle implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM including SAM Pro Manage and monitor the IT Asset Repository for Software Assets Track and capture any change on Software Assets (deployment, lost or stolen etc.) in the IT Asset Repository Validate periodically The IT Asset Repository data accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
