Role: Sr iOS Developer/Engineer Location: Onsite Houston, TX ( Local Only or Nearby) Duration: 12+ Month MOI: Phone/Skype UCS & GC Only Job Description: As discussed, I have a very difficult position I need to fill as a Senior iOS Engineer. The Client has also required the selected candidate MUST be willing to work on-site in Houston M-F. The duration is 12-24 months. This needs someone that can work independently from a Team, as the Client has many Mobile applications that are assigned to individual contributors. Currently the Client has about 60 iOS apps running at any given time and they are developing more day to day. The Selected candidate must be able to develop full-stack iOS applications using SwiftUI coupled with Core Data , Combine and Swift Package Manager . I have attached the JD for your review and use. They need to be able to discuss design and features with Business units . Requirements: 7+ years of experience Experience with SwiftUI Experience with CoreData Experience with Swift Package Manager Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work with ambiguity Passionate about development on Apple platforms Local to Houston or willing to relocate as this is an on-site role Preferred previous leadership experience Preferred experience mentoring jr. developers Essentially, we are looking for a senior developer who is looking for an opportunity to prove they are able to take the next career step into a lead role. Or a lead who is still actively developing and willing to continue to be an individual contributor (at least at first). A genuine willingness and excitement to learn new technologies, even if they fall outside the current tech stack. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
