Job Title: Sr. QA Manager Client: FDOTLocation: Tallahassee, FL (3 Days Onsite)Fl candidates prefer firstVisa: GC/USC onlyMOI: VideoLinkedin & 2 references

Responsibilities:
Analyze current QA practices at FDOT and recommend future state practices and tools.
Establish quality assurance metrics.
Manage the definition and integration of quality principles into software IT processes.
Perform knowledge transfer to QA staff.
Ensure adherence to FDOTs established quality standards and customer requirements.
Champion the application of quality principles through training, communication, and team building activities.
Research and implement testing methods to meet the highest quality standards with the new Florida PALM solution.
Monitor, track, and report on defects.

Requirements:
7 - 8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or related field.
Experience in a DevOps environment
Minimum 5 years experience in developing and conducting test processes.
Minimum 5 years of management experience.
2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture.
Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake
2 - 3 years of experience with transportation technology is highly desired.

Desired Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to assess needs and develop effective strategies.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a matrixed environment.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and IT infrastructure.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in process formulation and strategic planning.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
