If you're interested in applying for this position please send me your updated resume Position:- ITSM Manager or ServiceNow Manager or lead Location:- Austin, TX (Hybrid-- onsite in the office on Tuesdays) Duration :- 5+ months Required to be onsite in the office on Tuesdays Remote work from home Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri Required to be in Texas and be able to travel to the office in Austin, Tx on Tuesdays Interviews will be conducted in person and through Microsoft Teams Job Description Must have experience with the entire Microsoft office suite including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio Must be able to apply value stream mapping expertise or process mapping expertise to document value add activities. Must be able to deploy data gathering and data analysis techniques to collect and analyze key data. Experience with ITIL Service demand management (preferred) Experience with managing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
