This contract position is with one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-time consultants. The ideal candidates will have the required skills listed below and will be eligible and open to being hired by our client at the end of the project's duration. This position works alongside an existing team and leverages enterprise-level technologies and processes. Requirements: 7+ years of QA experience Karate API automation - interfacing with API - MUST HAVE - must be able to talk about their specific experience using Karate MQ/Kafka - nice to have Experience working with CI tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab, etc.) Experience with QA processes and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment Proficient in defect tracking and analyzing root causes utilizing tools ( Jira, Rally, etc.) Strong understanding of automation and performance concepts and approaches Experience working with or on remote teams Understand and utilize risk-based testing technique Experience in a test environment and test data management 3+ years of hands-on, automation testing of integration web services ( REST and SOAP protocols) that include database validations using tools like ( CA Dev Test, Karate API automation, Postman, SOAP UI Pro, etc.) Demonstrated experience in XML, XSD, XPath, MQTT, Topics, HTTP, HTTPS, JSON, Bytes array message format or Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) Experience in SOA frameworks, processes, strategies, and approaches 4+ Java/JavaScript programming (and Selenium) is a plus Typical Duties: Support Quality Assurance programs and processes in alignment with QA strategy and deliverables in an Agile/Scrum environment with minimal guidance Responsible for providing feedback on artifacts developed during the requirements and analysis phase within client projects Author test cases/scripts and perform test execution for both project and support-related activities Leverage technical expertise to develop maintain and execute automation tests Help identify opportunities to improve application code quality by increasing unit and integration test coverage Regards, Komal Gupta | Technical Recruiter Largeton INC.
