Role: BI Solution Architect Location: Green Bay WI Visa only USC and GC EXP : 11+ Years "This position is a senior role responsible for leading BI Projects and providing on-going support of existing BI solutions. He/She is a technical resource responsible for working with senior level stakeholders throughout the business to gather requirements, define solutions and deliver business insights and customer reporting. He/She will provide explanations to stakeholders about existing KPIs and design and build new KPIs collaboratively with key business functions. He/She mentors less experienced team members. Essential Skills o 5-7 years progressive application, data, and or analytics experience o Proven experience with business analytics, mining data, data requirements gathering and testing o Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and identify risks and compensating controls o Strong analytical, engagement and communication (verbal & written) o Inquisitive and curious nature to ask the right questions regarding the use-case, problem statement and/or solution o Experience leading small to medium sized projects o Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools/SSIS/SSMS o Expertise building visualizations with Qlik/Tableau/PowerBI or other solutions o Experience implementing BI Platform is a plus o Experience working with AWS Gov Cloud is a plus o Experience working with SAP Analytics is a plus o Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills o Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor Responsibilities o Collaborate with client executives, technical teams, and cross functional stakeholders to understand, gather and organize data, analyze, and define KPIs o Interprets and acts upon multiple reporting and analytical requests to ensure that data sets, data ingestion, curation and any system development is coordinated o Gathers requirements for data marts, reporting and KPI generation, definition, and analysis for clients business health check, business processes, and/or revenue improvement o Generates on-going and ad-hoc reporting o Writes and maintains technical specifications o Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in the areas of data analysis, analytics and data programs. o Participates in strategic & tactical planning discussions o Abides by and enforces all organizational policies and procedures. o Works well within a small team environment which encourages participation in all facets of solution design and delivery. o Excellent oral and written communication skills, and comfort presenting to everyone from entry-level employees to senior vice presidents o All employees are required to adhere to ISO and OHSAS policies established by FMG and shall have high values for safety awareness o Other duties as assigned --- Warm Regards Akash Smart IT Frame LLC [email protected] www.smartitframe.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/akash-s-332905212/ -----WBENC------ Keywords: business intelligence active directory information technology green card Wisconsin http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1159385&uid= |
