Job Description - Sr. BI Developer Plainsboro, NJ (Hybrid) Need Local Must have Pharma Background Systems Analyst Summary : The Sr. Systems Analyst is a technical leader with a deep understanding of BI technologies, business processes and able to manage a team of developers who will design and support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs. Responsibilities: Lead evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide solutions. Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives. Provides a point of contact for supporting the applications in support of one or more specific business processes or areas. Acts as a primary liaison between the business or function and vendor to provide updates, ensure alignment and monitors vendor activities. Works on the projects and initiatives assigned by IT management team. Design solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer needs. Delivers messages and presentations in a clear, confident manner. Produce technical documentation of systems and architectures. Act as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings focused on solutions in the Commercial Data Mgt and Analytics solution space. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field. 7+ years related experience in architecture design and implementation experience Strong background in application and solution development in data mgt and analytics solutions. Experience in solution design and Agile solution delivery. Experience in BI (Qlik Sense, Tableau etc.) Technologies, SQL Good knowledge of data modelling & data warehousing concepts Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Data like iQVIA, KOMODO, Veeva, Customer or Product Master Systems is a plus. Knowledge of Snowflake, TelliThoughtspot a plus Experience in handling onsite/offshore teams is a plus Experience in agile development and testing preferred Demonstrated problem solver with an ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and oral communication skills Expert knowledge of systems analysis and design techniques. Knowledge of all phases of the project and system development methodologies. Must Haves: 1. Knowledge of Qlik, SQL and Tableau 2. Understanding of pharma and taking requirements from stakeholders and translating to work to be done 3.
