OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support. Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to: Development, configuration, integration and testing. Develops and maintains IT architecture diagrams of enterprise, business, data, security and/or technology architectures for IT solutions, concepts, and strategies to meet business requirements for target audiences. Works with a team on designing and developing Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) forms. Tests and implements new OMR forms. Support and troubleshoot users reported problems with OMR form processing. Designs and builds GUI front end using JSF and JavaScript based custom components. Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications. Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances and develops high performance real-time for web-enabled products. Develops systems integrations and process automation by fully utilizing the platforms workflow capabilities, including Flow Designer. Contributes to the architecture framework of Software as Service delivery model and application as Service model.
