Role: Interface Systems Analyst Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Job Description: Resource is needed to provide support for Cardinal Care 2.0 project. The resource will provide technical set-up and support for MES Managed File Transfers, Interfaces, and Extracts, and technical support for EPS, EDI and CRMS Trading Partner Testing. An additional short-term resource is needed to provide additional support for Release 103, Cardinal Care 2.0. The resource will provide technical set-up and support for MES Managed File Transfers, Interfaces, and Extracts, and technical support for EPS, EDI and CRMS Trading Partner Testing. It is anticipated that this resource will be needed for approximately 6 months through go-live and post-implementation support. go-live and post-implementation support. Required/Desired Skills : Skill Years Of Experience Last Used Experience in an Analyst role, coupled with extensive knowledge in Testing, Interface management, and various managed file transfer systems. Proficient understanding of file transfer protocols and encryption standards, including FTPS, SFTP, HTTPS, PGP, and AES. Demonstrated excellence in troubleshooting, capable of identifying and resolving technical issues associated with any managed file transfer system. Creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts Thorough doc of test results, defects, & encountered issues during testing, w/focus on close collaboration w/development teams to prioritize & resolve Exp with collaborating effectively with trading partners, developers, and internal teams to address issues/defects and ensure smooth integration Demonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional team setting Clear and concise communication skills in conveying technical concepts Exceptional attention to detail and adeptness at prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment Sound understanding and practical application of setting up Interfaces using any Manager File Transfer system. This role requires the candidate to be ON SITE 3 days/week.
