The role requires the candidate to work in partnership with the Asset Servicing production teams in ISG and WM and IT, to identity opportunities for change to meet business objectives. The candidate will manage the execution of business outcomes throughout their lifecycle, supporting deliverables directly through User Story creation, Testing and Deployment disciplines. Requirements & Qualifications: Delivery planning and control Business Outcomes, Financial management and return on investment (cost / benefit tracking) Status tracking and reporting Progress reporting through meaningful metrics Issue and risk management. Maintaining a working knowledge and understanding of working practices in the line integration with cross-functional initiatives and objectives across the ops Transformation program Leading detailed analysis with line staff, wider Ops groups and Business Units to Formulate and consolidate business process and outcomes. Managing the documenting of business processes and supporting procedures including screens and screen flows, business rules and reference data requirements Preparation of test strategies and approaches, documentation of test scripts and test execution controlling the deployment and varication process Ensuring production of user manuals, reference materials and training materials and participate in the delivery of training, as required. A good understanding of investment banks and Operations Demonstrated Project / Software Delivery Management skills including issue and risk management, planning and control. Demonstrated problem solving and business analysis skills, i.e. the ability to structure an approach to work through and solve complex and ill-defined problems and issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects.
