Their role is to understand what the business needs and break those needs into features and stories that a technology team can build the solution for. - Gather and write business, data, analytics requirements - BRD creation, build and refine journey map, document epics / features in Rally - Write features/stories with acceptance criteria - Prioritize features/stories - Accept completed features/stories Required skills: Strong Product Owner with Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, CJA, Marketo) Experience preferred Ability to gather and write business, data, and analytics requirements Ability to Create the Business Requirements Document and input them into Rally Critical thinking skills to interpret business needs and break into more digestible workable chunks Business Requirements Document Business, Data, Tech Analytics (PO supports) Adobe Experience Platform: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)/Marketo/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Spec drafted (PO supports) Refined Business Requirements Document (PO) 1) Product Owner Role Experience (decision making, prioritization, requirements translation); 2) Adobe Experience Platform Expertise / background; and 3) Business knowledge within Optum or relevant healthcare expertise.
