No h1b/CPT Role: Enterprise Engineer Duration: 6 months with extension Location: Chicago, IL Interview: Video Prior work creating customized end user compute solutions to include requirements gathering, imaging test devices/VMs, coordinating progressive testing phases with IT and/or business partners, troubleshooting and remediating issues as they arise during testing, and full documentation of each solution. Someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills who can troubleshoot OS, application, driver, network connectivity, and overall system performance issues on an end user device. Prior experience using tools such as SCCM, Workspace ONE, Active Directory, Group Policy Management. Knowledge of system performance monitoring tools such as SysTrack or ControlUp a plus. Strong background in documenting engineering/technical solutions with the ability to diagram workflows and processes. Good PowerPoint skills building presentations a plus. The following items are not mandatory but are a big plus. If a candidate has the above experience plus one or more of these skills, that candidate will be considered over others: o Prior experience as an application packager using Admin Studio. o Ability to write or modify Power scripts. o Knowledge or previous experience with Cyber Security and/or Aviation Security. o Prior airline experience having worked in the area of IT aircraft solutions.
