Must have financial industry experience Requirement Job Functions/Duties and Responsibilities: * Apply functional expertise in a squad to achieve outcomesfor customers and deliver business values. * Work closely with business owners to create a sharedvision and alignment in the squad. * Display a sense of ownership and accountability for thefeature implementation and delivery. * Help prioritize and set clear business goals andexpectations around deliverables for the squad. * Help squad understand What by contributing domainknowledge. * Help squad understand How by translating requirements intotechnical specs and supporting information. * Remove obstacles by engaging with stakeholders offline andcreating shared understanding of handshakes and interfaces. * Collaborate with multiple technology teams that are upstreamand downstream to the application. * Work as part of a banking Agile Squad. * Work in the Agile development methodologies, collaboratingwith business and technology teams located globally. * Interact with business stakeholders, perform detailed analysisof requirements and convert them into clear and concise requirements fordevelopment team. * Write detailed and clear user stories in JIRA, createother artifacts like workflow charts and diagrams, write solution requirementsspecifications. * Work closely with QA team to review their test cases andassist in UAT with Business stakeholders. * Work with large amounts of data, performing data analysisand identifying trends from it. * Strong communication and Interpersonal skills. Skills Required: * 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst oras a proxy for the product owner role. * Strong communication skills with ability to work withBusiness Users and IT teams across regions and can lead projects vision. * Excellent in understanding requirements, buildingrelationships with clients and help with prioritizing client needs. * Practical data analysis experience working with excel orother tools. * Ability to work closely with technology team and drive theright technology solution to a business problem. * Practical experience working in agile developmentmethodologies. Skills Desired: * Developer background with SQL knowledge. * Working knowledge of Financial market, lending basedproducts and Wealth Management. * Working knowledge of financial accounting and treasuryfunctions. * Experience in analyzing product level initiatives. * Familiar with JIRA or other ALM tools to create aproductive, high quality development environment. * Working knowledge of SQL is a plus. Educational Qualification: * Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or arelated field.
