Job Title: Project Lead 2 Location: Austin, TX ( Remote) Duration: 5 months Contract Looking For Local to TX Consultants ONLY Job Description: Extensive experience performing all aspects of IT project management duties in large data center environments, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Experience reviewing critical operational initiatives and regulatory documents. Solid working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications including Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Excellent at monitoring project deliverables and milestones to ensure they are met according to the project plan. Proficient generating project status reports for different management layers. Solid working with IT procurements, budget, forecasts and analysis for the different projects. Experience working closely with internal and external vendors and/or service providers to ensure our operations requirements are appropriately provisioned. Strong managing continual cost-benefit / savings analysis and operation action plans. Proficient at preparing canned and ad hoc system performance reports for management. Experience performing cost containment functions which includes analysis of the storage utilization and the backup and recovery data. Experience working on government fiscal and budget management supporting data centers. Experience using Remedy, ITSM, PPM, Archer, Jira and ServiceNow.
