Role: Project Manager Location: Albany, New York Duration: 12 Months Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, with strong expertise in utilizing Jira and Agile methodologies. A PMP certification is mandatory for this role. Mandatory Requirements Experience (14+ Years) Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Utilize Jira to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among team members. Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Must have experience working in big multiple projects and should have experience in multiple modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Mentor team members on Agile principles and methodologies. Requirements This is a Hybrid Position. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). PMP certification is mandatory. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in using Jira for project management and issue tracking. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in managing software development projects is a plus.
