Service Catalog optimization, rollout of an IT4IT service catalog Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between IT, IT PMO, InfoSec, HR, and other business units to facilitate communication and ensure that business process solutions meet cross-functional needs. Organize and lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders about new processes and features within the ServiceNow platform. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to ensure the organization is maximizing the platform's potential. Required skills: Any ServiceNow Platform Implementation Specialist certification ServiceNow System Administrator certification Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and methodologies, Foundations certification or higher Manage projects related to the development and implementation of business process solutions, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects. Minimum 5 years experience with the ServiceNow platform, including direct involvement in the implementation and management of solutions. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology. Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
